I am a 20 year “veteran” of the Oil and Gas industry working in most part as a management consultant. I have implemented new ways of working using digital technologies, new workflows, and organizational structures to enable people to accelerate, quality decision-making. This has delivered tangible improvements in worker productivity, increased hydrocarbon production and cost reduction.

With the long-term uncertainty about the growth of the hydrocarbons, I decided to apply my skill-set of business performance turnarounds to real estate. Plus, I am inspired by the idea of providing a living environment where hard-working families can find comfort and safely nurture their families at an affordable price-point.
